There are no limitations on the number of ceremonies or graduates that can be accommodated under a yearly subscription, allowing universities to scale their usage as needed.

Everything is set up to be delivered automatically. Graduates will receive an email when videos are ready and they can conveniently access and download their personalised videos from the Gradcut online portal created for your University using their secure login credentials.

• We are considering privacy and security a priority in our software development platform and employ best-practice industry privacy standards and are dedicated to offering a confidential service to institutions and students alike. 

Gradcut ensures the privacy of student data by encrypting data the University uploads, which cannot be downloaded afterwards.

Students do not create an account but use their University email and Student ID to log in the graduates portal to retrieve their videos using a time-restricted One-Time Password OTP that can only be retrieved once by a graduate having access to their University email inbox. 

Moreover, each institution’s database runs on a separate instance dedicated to a single client to avoid cross-pollination of the data. Our agreement with the University outlines all security measures, the proactive approach to security we use and the guarantee to never share or sell graduates’ data.

We work with your existing AV team or video production contractors. Our software easily connects using a steam key. Being the AV and video professionals ourselves, we will provide you with a comprehensive consultation and assist in setting up your account.
